• I only draw animal / non-human characters. I do not accept human or humanoid-only requests.• I will not create hateful, discriminatory, or harmful artwork of any kind.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, without explanation.• Clients must provide a two-sided reference sheet of their character before work begins.• Payment is required before work begins.• Estimated turnaround time is 2–3 weeks, though delays will be communicated if they occur.• Clients may request 2–3 revisions during the sketch stage. Additional or later revisions may incur extra charges.• All artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use will incur additional charges and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.• I reserve the right to post completed artwork to my website and online portfolios.• Refunds are only accepted if no work-in-progress (WIP) has been provided.
